This report analyses the impact of giving workers choice over their own pay cycle - specifically through Wagestream's flexible pay feature.
With more than 20 million workers in the UK and US now estimated to be paid flexibly, the paper highlights the actions which providers, employers and researchers can take to to ensure flexible pay cycles positively impact the financial wellbeing of people in work.
As well as surfacing nine key findings, the report, which has advisory input from Resolution Foundation, Money and Pensions Service, Nest Insight and University of California, Berkeley, also includes a guide for employers when launching flexible pay for their workforce.
