Established in 2010, Camden Town Brewery pride themselves on brewing beer made with the best ingredients. In addition to this, they also operate three bars and host tours at their brewery.
After signing-up to be a London Living Wage employer, Camden Town Brewery decided it was time to build on this further by looking at their staff benefits. They were particularly keen to make sure their benefits on offer were as flexible as possible, while they also wanted to focus on their wellness offering, with them acutely aware of the impact stress can have on the mental health of their employees, and the way they feel about their workplace.
Camden Town Brewery introduced Wagestream's range of financial benefits to their team. This gave their employees more control over their money through the Flexible Pay feature, reducing financial stress across the organisation. Added benefits came in the form of Camden discovering Wagestream proved to be a great selling point when it came to recruiting people, and the fact it gave them a solution to salary advance requests. Another big plus for Camden was the extreme ease of use and set-up.
There is a fixed fee of £1.95 each time a transfer is made. This is paid by the employee unless you decide to subsidise it.

Wagestream has a revolving credit facility with an FCA authorised banking institution. From this facility we can provision funds to the employer to enable its employees to access a proportion of their earned wages via the Wagestream app.
Yes. They can’t access more than 50% of their earned wages – you can set this lower if you wish. There is also a monthly withdrawal limit of £1000.
