Iris Care Group works to support thousands of people across the UK with treatment for complex mental health conditions.
When looking for financial benefits to help support their teams, who work so hard to care for others, questions around sharing data with an external benefits provider arose.
Carole has been in the role of Data Protection Officer at Iris Care for over a year. She took all the necessary steps to ensure her colleagues could access supportive financial benefits - whilst keeping their data safe.
In less than a year, Iris Care's colleagues have put aside almost £40,000 in rainy day pots, with many saving for the very first time.
They have also been paid more than £240,000 of their pay flexibly - allowing them to choose a pay cycle that works for them.
There is a fixed fee of £1.75 each time a transfer is made. This is paid by the employee unless you decide to subsidise it.
