Recent research from Wagestream has shown that money worries at work can impact cognitive capacity by up to 13 IQ points - a significant impact on your teams' wellbeing and performance.

Research respondents overwhelmingly report spending less money after getting access to the Wagestream app, despite being able to access their pay more frequently than is set by their employer’s fixed pay cycle.

Wagestream has a revolving credit facility with an FCA authorised banking institution. From this facility we can provision funds to the employer to enable its employees to access a proportion of their earned wages via the Wagestream app.
Yes. They can’t access more than 50% of their earned wages – you can set this lower if you wish. There is also a monthly withdrawal limit of £1000.
