Wagestream is a B Corporation and was founded with a social charter. We have a commitment to our shareholders of ensuring we service positively impact the financial wellbeing of people in work. As part of that, we run an ongoing research programme - with input from our Impact Advisory Board - designed to improve public understanding of the blockers and drivers of financial wellbeing.
