Purple Friday Prize Draw October 2024

Terms & Conditions

~ This prize draw is open to UK residents and eligible users of the Wagestream app where the Discounts platform is live. Employees (and their relatives) of the Promoter are excluded from entry.
~ To enter the prize draw entrants must visit and browse Wagestream’s Discounts between midnight between 09.00 (BST) on Friday 4th October and 23.59 (BST) on Monday 7th October 2024.
~ One entry is permitted per person.
~ There is one grand prize to be won which will be clearly communicated to members.
~ This prize draw starts at 09:00 on Friday 4th October 2024 in Great Britain.
~ Closing date for entries is at 23:59 on Monday 7th October 2024 in Great Britain.
~ Only members who visit Wagestream’s Discounts platform after the start and before the specified closing date and time will be automatically entered into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lateness, loss or misdirection of entries.
~ There is no cash alternative to a prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing a prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.
~ No purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
~ Winners will be selected randomly via a computer process from all eligible entrants.
~ The draw will take place on Monday 14th October.
~ The winner will be notified via email within 5 business days of the draw and asked to provide their contact information and delivery address.
~ The prizes will be sent by post to the winner’s specified delivery address within 30 business days of the draw. 
~ If the prize winner is unable to respond within 5 business days from receipt of first correspondence announcing their win, their prize will be forfeited. A new prize winner will then be selected randomly from remaining entries.
~ By entering this prize draw all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.
~ The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. 
`~ The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners and, if applicable, copies of their winning entries, to anyone who contacts us via our website within one month after the closing date. If you object to any or all of your surname, county and winning entry being published or made available, please contact us. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the ASA on request.
~ Your personal data will be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
~ This prize draw and these terms and conditions are governed by English Law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with this prize draw.
